In case of physical damage please contact nayaabbysonia@gmail.com to get your order replaced or exchanged. No refunds on any orders.
Exchanges and Replacement will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours after you receive the delivery. We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is subject to availability.
In case of exchange, please make sure the product is returned in it's. original packaging.
Shipping will take 7-10 business days as each piece is custom made. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay delivery time.
Within Mumbai, delivery is free. Outside Mumbai, there will be a standard shipping fee.
